The Warrior Path

Woman meditating on mossy rocks by a forest waterfall during sunrise.

A 1:1 seasonal coaching container

For the woman who is ready to change how she lives in her body.

Led by Erin & Kaitlin · Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, goddess lineage, and the science of embodied transformation.

BOOK A CALL Not sure yet? Start with The Threshold

You have been doing the work.

You have read the books. Tried the practices. Said yes to the retreats and the workshops and the healing modalities that promised to shift something.

And some of it helped. And some of it lasted. And some of it showed you just enough to know that there is further to go.

What you have not had yet is a container that stays. One that moves with you through the seasons. One that does not reset every time you walk out the door and return to your actual life.

The Warrior Path is that container. It is not a program. It is not a course. It is a sustained, personalized, seasonally intelligent relationship with your body ...and with yourself.

Twelve months. Three seasons. One complete arc of transformation.

Or begin with a single season - and feel what becomes possible before you decide what comes next.

We do not sell sessions. We hold containers.

Most coaching and wellness support is transactional. You buy a session. You show up. You leave. You try to remember what was said when things get hard.

The Warrior Path is different by design.

It is built on the understanding that real transformation is cyclical — not linear. That the body has its own intelligence. That the seasons outside of us mirror the seasons within us. And that when we stop fighting that rhythm and begin to move with it, something fundamental shifts.

This work is rooted in:

• Ayurvedic seasonal wisdom - Kapha, Pitta, and Vata as living maps of the body's cycles

• Goddess lineage - Shakti's life force, Durga's protection, Kali's liberation

• Yoga therapy and functional movement - the body as a site of intelligence, not just performance

• Nervous system regulation - because transformation that bypasses the body does not last

• Embodied self-leadership - learning to trust yourself as the ultimate authority on your own life

We are not   trying to fix you. We are creating the conditions for you to remember yourself... season by season, layer by layer, all the way down.

The Three Seasons of The Warrior Path

We sensitize to the season — then offer the medicine it needs.

Ayurveda teaches us that each season carries its own dominant energy — and that health, strength, and clarity come not from forcing the body through a fixed program, but from learning to read the season and meet it with its opposite medicine.

Kapha Season - Earth and Water

Kapha Season - Earth and Water

Kapha Season - Earth and Water

When Kapha dominates, heaviness, stagnation, and inertia accumulate. The work of this season is to clear, energize, and invite movement back into the body and life. We do not push - we kindle. Gently. Persistently. Until something begins to move again.

Pitta Season - Fire

Kapha Season - Earth and Water

Kapha Season - Earth and Water

When Pitta dominates, the fire burns high - drive, intensity, and the heat that leads to burnout if left unchecked. The work of this season is to cool, soften, and regulate. We do not dim the flame — we learn to tend it. To burn with purpose instead of burning out.

Vata Season - Air and Ether

Kapha Season - Earth and Water

Vata Season - Air and Ether

When Vata dominates, the mind scatters, the body loses its ground, and anxiety moves in where presence used to be. The work of this season is to heat, root, and anchor. To come back into the body. To remember that the earth is always beneath you.

Each season is a complete arc. Each one asks something different of you. Together, they create the full year - and the woman who emerges on the other side of it.

What You Receive

Bi-Weekly Private Coaching Sessions

Co-led by Erin and Kaitlin — woven together so that each session holds both the movement intelligence and the Ayurvedic and yoga therapy depth. Sessions are 60 minutes and held via Zoom / in person in Omaha.

Fully Customized Seasonal Programming

Your movement, breathwork, and embodiment practices are built specifically for you — and recalibrated each season based on what your body and life are asking for. This is not a template. It is yours.

Nervous System + Lifestyle Integration

Kaitlin brings the Ayurvedic seasonal lens - food, rhythm, rest, and Yoga Therapy. Erin brings the movement and embodiment practices that make it physical and real. Together they create a container that recognizes the wisdom of your body's cycles and supports your whole life, not just your practice.

Ongoing Support Between Sessions

Voice and text support between sessions - so you are never alone in the work when something comes up, shifts, or needs to be named.

Access to the Warrior App + Digital Resources

All recorded practices, seasonal guides, and resources available in the Warrior Sanctuary app — accessible anytime, anywhere.

Seasonal Recalibration at Each Arc

At the opening of each new season, we pause. We assess. We recalibrate your programming based on where your body is, what the season is calling for, and what the next four months require of you.
