Two paths. One vision. A sanctuary built for you.

Warrior Sanctuary Collective is the meeting point of yoga therapy, functional movement, Ayurvedic wisdom, nervous system science, and goddess lineage.

- Held by two women who found each other and recognized something essential -

How we found each other...

It started in a yoga room.

Erin was teaching Ashtanga. Kaitlin was a student. They found themselves in conversation after class one day and quickly realized they were looking at the same landscape through different, complementary lenses.

Same background. Same values. Same vision for what this work could be and who it could serve. Almost precisely.

We fell in love with each other the way you fall in love with someone who finally speaks your language ...immediately, and without question.

What began as a professional recognition became a creative partnership and over the past several years, that partnership has evolved into Warrior Sanctuary Collective. A living, breathing container for transformation that neither of us could have built alone.

We balance each other in ways that still surprise us. Kaitlin brings the Ayurvedic depth, the yoga therapy precision, the seasonal intelligence. Erin brings the movement science, the embodiment practices, the somatic leadership work. We feed off each other. We learn from each other. And our clients feel the difference.

This is not two practitioners sharing a logo. This is a genuine union of two women who believe the same things, built something together, and are still becoming what they set out to be.

Kaitlin Faye Heavin

Co-Founder · Yoga Therapist · Ayurvedic Practitioner · Resilient Body Blueprint

I believe every body has the capacity to heal --- not aggressively, not dramatically, but intelligently. Pain is rarely random. Tension is rarely weakness. And most people don't need more intensity. They need better information.

My work blends yoga therapy, functional strength, nervous system support, and Ayurvedic lifestyle rhythms into one cohesive pathway.

I don't guess. I assess. I recalibrate. And I build in a way your body can sustain across the seasons of your life.

The Resilient Body Blueprint is the framework I've developed through years of clinical practice — a structured, therapeutic progression that takes a body from uncertainty and pain back to trust, strength, and ease. Before the fire can burn, the vessel has to feel safe.

Kaitlin's credentials: E-RYT 500, C-IAYT - Yoga Therapist, Pilates Reformer Certified, Ayurvedic Practitioner

Erin Tomaso

Co-Founder · Functional Yoga & Strength Coach · Embodiment Practitioner · Feminine Fire Method

I haven't always moved with ease. I chased strength the way most women do ...thinking more effort meant more power. And somewhere in my hips, my breath, and my nervous system, I started to feel that struggle echo as tension. So I began to listen.

The Feminine Fire Method is what emerged from that listening --- a framework built from lived experience, movement science, and somatic truth. It blends functional yoga, strength training, nervous system regulation, and feminine embodiment into one integrated practice. The result isn't just a stronger body. It's a body you finally trust.

I work with women who are done with burnout but not done with power. Women who want strength that feels grounded, leadership that rises from the body, and a practice that moves with the rhythms of their life ...not against them.

 Erin's credentials: E-RYT 500, HKC Kettlebell Instructor, Functional Movement Specialist, B.S., M.S.

What holds all of this?

Everything we do at Warrior Sanctuary Collective is rooted in the goddess lineage of the sacred feminine warrior. Not warrior as soldier or fighter but, warrior as the one who faces what others won't. Within herself.

We draw from the living archetypes of Shakti, Durga, and Kali --- not as mythology, but as maps of the inner work we guide women through every day.

Shakti

Shakti

Shakti

Life Force

The energy that moves through the body when it finally feels safe. The fire that rises when you stop overriding yourself.

Durga

Shakti

Shakti

Protection

The protector who builds resilience and holds her ground. The work of preparing the body to hold what life brings — without breaking.

Kali

Shakti

Kali

Liberation

The liberator who burns away what no longer serves. The courage to release patterns, stories, and tension that have become a cage.

We are also grounded in yoga, yoga therapy, functional movement, Ayurvedic seasonal wisdom, nervous system science, and embodied self-leadership

- because goddess lineage without rigor is ritual without roots. And rigor without lineage is just mechanics -

Both. Always both.
